Names, contact details, addresses, notes, issue summaries, locations, photos, attachments, and account access records.

Why we store it
To run the casework service, keep issue history, support follow-up, and produce reports from the records you choose to keep.

Cookies and sessions
The web app uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. The iPhone app uses the same server session and can keep local offline copies on the phone when enabled.

Offline device storage
The iPhone app can store local records, cached detail, and photos on the phone for offline working. Saved device data can be cleared from the account area in the app.
