Policy

Data rights and retention

Your rights to manage stored information and how records are retained.

Archive

Archive removes a record from normal working views without destroying it.

Anonymise

Anonymise keeps the structural history of a record but strips identifying text, contact details, and attachments.

Delete permanently

Permanent delete removes the top-level record and its child content, including stored attachments and photos.

How requests are handled

For data-rights requests, archived issues and archived work records can be anonymised or permanently deleted. Contacts can also be anonymised or permanently deleted by the owner.

Retention

Archived records are reviewed over time, and offline device caches are not kept indefinitely. Unsynced local drafts are not silently purged.
